Let's have fun with English!
Veronica, one of the English tutors from the VCC Learning Centre, presents a series of 30-minute online workshops on fun English idioms to use in informal conversation.
Workshops are "short and sweet" (pleasantly brief). Veronica will review 8 to 10 English idioms you can start using right away. Each workshop will cover a different group of idioms.
October 5: Thanksgiving idioms
October 12: Cooking idioms
October 19: Driving idioms
October 26: Clothing idioms
November 9: Cat idioms
November 16: Dog idioms
Workshops are open to all intermediate and advanced VCC students. You are welcome to attend any or all workshops.
